Terms and Conditions
LIMIT OF LIABILITY: The Studio takes the utmost care with respect to capturing live video for production and delivery of a quality product and services ordered. However, if the Studio fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any event or act outside the control of the Studio, the Studio's liability is limited to return all payments received. The limit of liability partial loss shall be a prorated amount of the package selected, based on the percentage of loss at the Studio’s discretion. No availability of date will be guaranteed without a deposit. PERFORMANCE: The Studio reserves the right to assign an alternative videographer to shoot the video in the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstance that may arise beyond our control. In such an event the Studio shall warrant the alternative videographer to be a competent professional. EDITING: In most cases our turn around time will be about 8-12 weeks unless otherwise specified. Any additional changes or corrections in finished video that are not due to fault of Studio will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour. MEALS: When video coverage time is over 4 hours, food will be provided for the videographer. DVD PERFORMANCE: Client is aware that DVD-R discs can be played on most home DVD players made today; however, there are compatibility issues with some machines. All DVD-R discs do not play in all DVD players. The Client releases the Studio from any liability for any incompatibility issues. POSTPONEMENT: If event is postponed the Studio will lock in new date if it is available at no additional charge. CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your wedding, you will automatically forfeit your $200 deposit, All other payments will be refunded less any expenses to Studio. COPYRIGHTS: The Studio reserves the right to use portions of video for demo, exhibitions, contests and advertisements unless otherwise agreed upon and noted in comments. PAYMENTS: The total balance must be paid no later than the date indicated on invoice or a $50 late fee will apply. It is understood that no date will be held or secured without the minimum deposit of $200.
